Fee Structure & Tuition Policy
Welcome to Dance with Rupesh! We are excited to partner with your family to move, inspire, and transform through dance. Below is our complete tuition, discount, and payment schedule.
1. Registration Fees
• Initial Admission Fee: $25 per student (One-time, non-refundable fee due upon enrollment).
2. Monthly Tuition Rates (Per Student)
Tuition is based on the student's age group at the time of registration:
• Ages 3–5 Years: $55 / month
• Ages 6–9 Years: $75 / month
• Ages 10+ Years: $85 / month
3. Payment Schedule & Late Fees
To keep studio operations running smoothly, please adhere to our strict payment timeline:
• Payment Due Date: All monthly tuition payments are due by the 5th day of every month.
• Late Fee: A $5 late fee will automatically be applied to your account for any payments received after the 5th.
4. Multi-Child & Family Discounts
To support families dancing together, we offer tiered discounts for siblings living in the same household (sharing the same legal parents/guardians):
• 2 Siblings:
◦ A 10% discount is applied to the total monthly tuition for both children.
• 3 or More Children:
◦ "Pay for 2, Get 1 Free!"
◦ When registering three or more children, you will only pay the standard tuition for the two oldest children. The tuition for the third child (the youngest) is completely free.
5. Updated Sibling Discount Breakdown Examples
• Example A (Two Siblings, Ages 7 and 11):
◦ Sibling 1 (Age 7): $75
◦ Sibling 2 (Age 11): $85
◦ Subtotal: $165
◦ 10% Sibling Discount: -$16.00
◦ Total Monthly Tuition: $144.00 (Due by the 5th)
• Example B (Three Siblings, Ages 4, 8, and 11)
◦ Sibling 1 (Age 11): $85 (Paid)
◦ Sibling 2 (Age 8): $75 (Paid)
◦ Sibling 3 (Age 4): $55 ➔ FREE
◦ Total Monthly Tuition: $160.00 (Due by the 5th)
Studio Policies
• Discounts apply strictly to monthly tuition and do not apply to the initial $25 registration fee or late fees.
• Sibling discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
